Before we generate your diagnostic report, we’ll ask you a few simple questions about your vehicle and its symptoms.
These questions — along with your vehicle profile and any fault codes — help us build a far more accurate diagnosis.
It’s similar to how a good mechanic would ask a few quick questions before deciding what the problem might be.
You’ll see around 10 multiple-choice questions, like:
- Is the car in reduced performance mode?
- Is there smoke coming from the engine bay?
You’ll also be asked for your current mileage — which helps us assess how likely certain faults are — and you’ll have a chance to describe any other symptoms in your own words.
All the questions are optional — just choose “Don’t know” if you’re unsure, and feel free to skip the mileage or extra info if you prefer.
At the end, you’ll see a summary of all your answers before confirming your report purchase.
The more detail you can give, the smarter and more useful your AI diagnosis will be.
